What we collect. When you request a scan, we collect the business details and email you submit. When you become a client, we collect what is needed to deliver the work and invoice you.

What we do with it. We use your information to deliver scans and services and to communicate with you about them. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Anonymized, aggregated patterns across scans may inform our industry research; nothing identifiable is ever published without your consent.

Email. We email you about your scan and services you have requested. Any marketing email includes a working unsubscribe.

Retention and deletion. Write to hello@sandria.ai to request a copy or deletion of your data; we honor requests within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics. The site uses privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics. No advertising trackers.
